you will be happy to know it costs absolutely nothing to use i have myself got an easycash account with halifax for the same reason i transfer funds for online shopping etc there is no fees it is completely free of charge for the lifetime of the account and the beauty of the account you cannot over draw thus cannot incur no charges you only able to spend what you have in the account hope this helps you.
