  1. you can just use stereo system with speakers to amplify the sounds?

  2. In the UK you are meant to have a license to play the radio and CD or MP3 player music in a retail or restaurant environment as its seen as something that helps sales. I think its about £200 per year but realistically I don't know how often this is checked and you could probably get away with it but might be fined if caught.

  3. What I would do, I would buy music from artist that NO one has ever heard of. Like underground bands or Local bands, they would never find out about it. If you play Justin Timberlake & Michael Jackson, everyone recognizes that, & a company might walk in & say they own the rights to that music. But if you use music, that No one will recognize, Like Jazz, almost no one could recognize a jazz song. Find some Jazz band that no one has ever heard of, & play their stuff. OR find bands that broke up, and that were never famous in the first place. Find a band, with a small label, on the other side of the country, no one will recognize, & you can say its your band hahaha. Or you can say its your brothers' band, or your cousins band or something like that. Jazz would never get old though, its very classy & You can hear the same jazz song like 20 time sin a row, and still not recognize it, or get bored of it.

    hope this helps
