Do I have to pay up front any fees @ UC Irvine?

Question

This is my first year at UC Irvine (as a junior), and I am confused concerning the financial aid. Do I have to pay any registration or other fees up front? Or does my financial aid cover it (if it covers most, I assume I pay the rest)?

Payment of Fees

Fees for each quarter are due and payable in advance within deadlines published in the Quarterly Calendar with Deadlines on the Web at http://www.reg.uci.edu. A student will not be officially enrolled in classes or receive any University benefits until fees are paid in full, with the exception of students who are participating in the PACE Plan. The PACE Installment Plan allows students to spread the quarterly costs of fee payment over a three-month period. A fee is charged for this privilege. The second link says Oct 17th is the last and final date to pay all your fees plus the late charge for waiting after Sept 15th.
