  1. Maybe.

If you sell tickets for more than you paid for them, technically you have to report it on Schedule D.

  2. Regardless of the type of property you sell if you make a gain on the sale you are required to report that if you are required to file a tax return.  The sale is reported on a Schedule D.  Now you may be the only person in the country that really does so, but technically you are required to report every penny of the gain from any sale.

  3. You have to do a schedule c for business and that is added to your income.

  4. If these are tickets you had planned to use, but cant':

Any gain goes on schedule D.  Losses are not reported.
