Do I have to retake regents? But with final avg as d-?

I have atleast a 66-68 avg both semesters. But I've failed the regents, and got a D- as a final average, do I still have to retake the regents?

It depends on the Regents. In order to graduate you _have_ to pass: Math A, US History, Global History, Living Environment & another Regents science, and the English Regents. Anything else, just passing the class is good enough.
