Do I have to reveal past juvenile felonies when applying for work if they ask for it in the sate of florida?

Not sure if I have to since it was something I committed when I was 15 and that was 7 years ago now.

  1. .    Reveal it.  Then they can't fire you later because you lied on your application.


  2. The previous person was right. Your Juvie records are not automatically sealed and confidential. Definitely contact your local court system or wherever your cases took place. An attorney can try to seal your records from being available to anyone without your permission.

  3. Everybody thinks that Juvie records are automatically sealed and confidential.  This is not always true.  Your best bet is to check with court system where your cases took place. You can also hire an attorney to try expunge or seal your records from being available to anyone without your permission.
