SInce going to school and working so much usually wears me out I stopped running and gained weight. I wanna try to lose weight but I suck at abs workouts and I find it easier to run but do I have to do it everyday to get results. Is it possible to only run like say 3 or 4 times a week and still lose some fat or is that unlikely?

  1. running doesnt make you lose weight, you have to walk. but yes, you should workout everyday

  2. Yeah, you could definitely run every other day, or something like that. My dad is a Sergeant Major in the army, and he's really into fitness, and he says that for a lot of exercises you could actually get better results if you have "off" days (where you don't exercise as much.) You could also try going for really easy jogs on the days when you're tired, instead of just completely not exercising. That might give you better results.

You probably should do a little bit of ab exercise as well. Just do 20 crunches or so.... If you work at it you'll get better.

If you snack while you study, that may have also contributed to the weight gain when you went to class. I know that I snack a lot when I study... So if you think that might be a problem for you too, try drinking water instead or snacking on healthy, low-calorie things, like carrots or celery.

Good luck on your fitness goals!!

  3. you will for a period of time but then you will plateu

  4. well losing fat is all about the key if you eat a whopper and gain 1,030 calories but you run 12 miles and burn 1,090 you burn 60 pounds in one day so yes run everyday and moderate your food by burning less than what you eat
