  1. UPDATED (a few times because I forgot some info):

The 360 guidelines specifically say, "If you are unsure whether your content is appropriate or consistent with these policies, please err on the side of caution and do not post it in Yahoo! 360°."

So, I would say put the entry on mature content in that case. I mean, it's George Carlin. I'm not sure what you are posting, but I would hardly rate him "PG". It certainly depends on what he's talking about besides the cursing. Otherwise, you are taking a risk.

Also, if your blog is set to "Public" that means anyone on the Internet can view it, regardless of age. If your blog is set to "Friends", people are still given the option of seeing mature content or not. Putting something on "mature content" isn't a death sentence. It just means the public is blocked from seeing it (meaning anyone who isn't a signed-in 360 member) and from people age 13-17. It also gives people age 18 and over the choice to see the mature content or not.

Mature content does not only deal with nudity. Excessive cursing, serious sexual language, and other adult subjects are included.

Also, you don't have to put your entire blog on "mature content". You can do it for individual entries:

    - You can access blog settings by clicking the "Settings" link at the top and clicking "Blog Settings" on the left OR while in "My Blog" clicking "Edit Blog Settings" in the top center of the 360 window. If you set it for the entire blog now, you still have to go back to previous entries and check any that contain mature/adult content.

    - For individual entries, click the "Edit" link below an entry, click the "Show Options" link and check the mature content option, then re-save.

  2. I think Mature Content deals with nudity etc.  Kids are supposed to be at least teenagers before using Answers or 360, and I'm sure they've all heard PG rated words.

  3. You bet yer @ss!
