Do I have to take another paternity test

I took a Legal DNA Paternity test about for years ago. The test was considered a legal DNA test that was not court ordered. I went to a laboratory showed proof of identity and let the tech collect the DNA sample. The results came back negative, excluding me as the father. Now the mother wants me to take it again. Can I be made to take another Paternity Test by the courts.

Since you have the results I doubt she can have you take another. If it gets her off your back then do so at her expense. But it sounds like she's just desperate for you to be her child's father and have you back in her life. Good luck, sounds like you'll need it.

Its a valid test so i cant see them ordering another one ol' girl need 2 find her baby daddy
