Do I have to take another vision test at the DMV?

I passed the knowledge part of my permit test but I failed the vision. I was given a paper to take to the eye doctor. I have a lazy right eye. Once I get examined and send the paper back to te DMV, what next? Will I get a permit if my problem can be corrected with glasses? Or do I have to buy glasses and take another vision test before i get a permit.

I dont have the money for glasses right now and i hope i can get my permit soon.

You will need to get glasses and the DMV will retest you again to make sure that you can see correctly and good luck.

You will probably have to get corrective glasses and go back and take another test at the DMV. Sorry.
