Do I have to take the PSAT if I Plan on Taking the ACT Later?

Ok, I know the PSAT is like a Pre-SAT kinda test you take in the 10th grade. But I plan on taking the ACT later on, so does that mean I should just skip the PSAT or just take it for the heck of it? HEEELP.

you should definitely take it, i mean theres no harm and if you do well then you could be a semi-finalist
