Do I have to wait for a certain period of time to go back to Spain after 90-day-no-VISA-required stay?

There are many countries that you can go and stay for 90 days or so as a tourist with no VISA. But are there any rules to re-enter the country after that? I am specifically thinking Spain.

  1. Wait for a year or get the Visa. It should be easy to get the visa.
