I used to be able to run fast at the click of my fingers and keep going, without complications, until I was exhausted. But now, I begin running and a second later I've sprained my ankle, or at least there is pain so I have to stop. It happens every time I begin to run, and I'm only 17!
I'm a naturally really skinny girl but I used to be into dancing and was really fit and toned, but since quitting I'm no longer fit and I've become skinny again and it's like my ankles are too. Are they weak? It's rather annoying, what can I do in order to strengthen them?
