Do I look a lot different now?

Question

When I was 13-14, I was really hideous--I had a fat face, freckles and messy hair. I'm 17 now.

You do look the same but you look more grown up Your very pretty aswell and these people are probably trying to compliment you saying you look different, probably meaning you look more grown up And you didnt look hideous when you were 13 you look like a younger version and now your face has matured and grown up

Ashley, I was an ugly mess when i was younger and Im not that ugly any more. When you grow older, especially through the teenage years your body develops.

Simply yes ur face has lost weight but ur growing into a woman and ur face n body changes in that direction also. Maybe slightly but you don't have the face of a kid anymore, but that of a 17 yr old teenager and you of crs look prettier and more like a girl than a 12 yr old kid

well you're more mature looking, but i don't see a huge difference. Can't see your body of course, but I do see some of the "baby fat" in your face is gone. Attractive.

Most teens feel awkward at your age about themselves, mostly their looks. You look fine. Even as you got older you blossomed out more into a pretty young woman.
