Do I look like I've lost weight this week (PIC)?

Ok so I'm 17, 5'5, 121.5lbs.....

I worked REALLY hard at the gym this week and ate reasonably well...1200 calories per day.

According to the scales I lost 1.2lbs....does it show?

  1. well your panties are smaller in the second picture. 1.2 lbs is very little to be able to tell such a difference, especially since you're not wearing the same panties.


  2. i think it shows. just keep doing what ur doing-u dont need a goal weight cuz once u get that ur gonna want to not workout anymore so just go by how u look-make sure not to get too skinny

  3. I think it does, but sometimes its hard to tell in pictures.  

  4. this looks like a desperate cry for attention. why would you put pictures of yourself barely clothed for the whole world to see? you have to be smarter than that.

    I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

    1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.

    2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)

    3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)

    4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)

    5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?

    6) Then when do I want to take action?

    Some solutions I can offer you for diet:

    Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice

    Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs

    Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

    If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...

  9. You CANNOT see one pound of weightloss.

    You are sucking in in the second picture, we can all see that.

    I really don't think you need to lose much weight.. You just need to work out more to tone your body.

    Don't lose more than 10 pounds. You will look too skinny and become anorexic.

  11. I think it shows your stomach seems flatter. On the left your belly button looks kinda squished and on the right it's like smoothed out. I think you seem like a fine weight what you are now. You look good so as long as you exercise and eat healthy I think you'll be fine you shouldn't worry about loosing any weight.

    your stomach looks tighter, waist looks smaller and thighs have slimmed down too.

  13. Yea It really showed Thighs got little smaller and waist too, but do I what I do eat 500 calories a day and burn somewhere 1,500-2,000 calories per-day and I lose like maybe 8-10 pounds per week.

    (I would not recommend this to many due to passing out, dizzyness, and some people have no self-control over food, but so far I haven't got any of this.)

  14. Hun, you are absolutely GORGEOUS and you don't need to lose any weight.

    I'm being honest-I'm not trying to gain any brownie points or anything, but you are fine just the way that you are. Toning in fine, but don't get too into it. Just get to where you feel more confident(while still looking and being healthy) and maintain that level of fitness. You have a great hour-glass figure! Stay natural.:)

  16. THAM YOUR DOING REALLLY WELL I COULD TELL THE DIFFERENCE. KEEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING AND YOULL BE LOOKING BETTER IN NO TIME. WELL I THINK YOU SHOULD AIM FOR LIKE 115 OR IF YOU WANT YOU COULD LOOSE MORE. IT DEPENDS HOW YOU LOOK AND IF YOU LIKE HOW YOU LOOK AT THAT POINT....
