Yes, your stance and dress suggests you are trying (quite successfully, btw) to look your best. If that was not your intention, I'd say put a picture taken in the early morning, which is the time where most human beings prefer don't show themselves to the rest of the world without appropiate treatment.

Actually, I know this may seem odd, but it actually looks more like you give a %^&8 when you pose like that; it looks like you're trying to look s**y.  To look like you don't care, you have to look annoyed, and sort of like you have a headache.  My avatar suggests that I'm whimsical and perhaps trying too hard at being so.
