I think you're a mix of the two.  And don't let Mia get you down - she's just jealous because her Slim Fast diet has failed miserably at helping her shed that extra 200 pounds she's carrying in her pants.

Listen to me sweetie, you are way more beautiful than your sister, and dont let anyone tell you different, I was the ugly duckling, short, glasses, and freckles and short hair, and a body like a boy, I too had a popular older sister that everyone thought was hot, and now 15 years later, I am married to the guy who was popular in high school, and the girls that were popular in school are now looking very old and very tired, which is the direction I can see your sister is going, so try to focus on yourself, be the best person you can be, inside and out, and you'll see one day things will turn out great.  High school is a very tough time, but you can get through it, and it will all seem so trivial one day, I promise.
