Do I need 1 box of color contacts for each eye?

Question

I have brown eyes, and I want blue, since I am a natural blonde. I dont know what brand to get (I was thinking expressions or freshlook).

And I was also wondering if I need 2 seperate boxes of contacts for each eye. Because everytime I go to websites to check the prices, it always starts out at like 4 boxes.

I really need help. Cuz I cannot afford to pay $40 a box for each eye!

I wish I could afford Elegance! (which is what Paris Hilton uses to make her eyes blue) But those are $100/contact!

Well the practice i work at in the UK only supply contact lenses in a 3 month supply (unless dailies). I wear the freshlook colourblends, but you will have to be careful as you have brown eyes not all colours will show up or look nice. I also cannot believe how cheap it is, i pay nearly double that for my colour lenses. I would probably suggest buying one box at a time as you may want to trial different brands and colours.

If the lenses you are buying are plano (no correction in them) then you would only need one box.  Each box has 6 lenses, or 3 pair.  You would only need to buy two boxes if they DID have a correction in them and if you needed a different Rx for each eye.  

One box will same you some bucks...
