Do I need 2 change my tampon after every ride @ a water park?

Im goin 2 a water park 2moro & I was wonderin if it is necessary 2 change ur tampon after every ride u go on, like water slides that u land in a pool of water. I dont wanna leak when i get out but i also dont want 2 have 2 change my tampon after every slide...help?

theres no need! you swim and you wear a tampon, you dont change it every time you dive in do you?

its fine and it probably wont get that wet anyway but do change it every few hours

i swim compeditively and wear mine through 3 hour workouts. you will be fine for a whole day at the water park!

If you can't feel your tampon inside you, then it's okay. When you begin to feel it, this is when you need to change it.  Better be safe than sorry and change more regularly than usual, but not after every ride!

no. only until you think it is full. probably every 2 hours, depending on flow! if it is the first day of your period just check it regularly. a couple days in-you should be alright to wait a few hours.

nope your cool as long as you put it in correctly you wont have to change it i recommend you change every 3-5 hours. the only reason you should have to change it is if it gets really soaked and begins to slide down or out just as it would if it was full of blood\
