usually Dentist look to see how the first molars are touching to decide the bite. They also look for crossbites but you need to be touching your back teeth together.

your alignment could be straighter but you need to have a dentist look. Invisalign is cheaper and faster but the metal braces retain better (after they are removed)

iww you need teeth whitening, not braces!!! your teeth are soo yellow!
