  1. moving in the same state dosent not require NOC.

  2. If you are buying a new vehicle, ask your dealer for your requirement. He will arrange to get your vehicle registered at PUNE.

You have to provide your residential address proof for this purpose - preferably where you actually live at the time of registration.

By the way, if you are planning for a used/pre-owned vehicle, contact the current RTO of the vehicle at Mumbai, and apply for registration transfer to Pune. It will be quite useful for you.

You will be provided necessary transfer instructions for a nominal fees.

If you still want to buy the vehicle at Mumbai, happily drive down to Pune, no NOC is required to drive any where in Maharashtra.

  3. No NOC is required within the state but you must keep all the documents pertaining to its registration with you while you are on move.

  4. Moving within the same state doesn't require re-registration of your vehicle and so you do not require any NOC.

  5. what the h**l is a NOC? Are you in africa or something?

  6. No NOC is not required when you are moving from one city to other within the same state itself. But yes you have to carry all legal documents with you, you may be asked for it as and when required. As you are aware crime is growing like beard every day. Thanks.
