What is the name of the service and the phone number I need to call to play my TiVo DVR on PC or my TV. Please help me!

What line I need to be hook up to play my TiVo DVR on, What is the name of the line to be hook up to and phone number too.

I hope this helps. It is the feed back site for TiVo customers. You need to download TiVo desktop to play the TiVo shows on DVD. I had this problem with my programs I recorded to DVD, they would play on my computer but not any other computer unless they have the TiVo desktop program. I hope this works. Please let me know how this works for you. I have a TiVo account and I do not know if you need one to get the program,please let me know. Good Luck
