Do I need a Converter or adapter for the Blau Varadero resort?

I have a battery recharger which is 100-240v but will I still need an adapter? It has 2 same size flat prongs. I also am taking a hair dryer which is only 125v but has 2 different size flat prongs. Will I need both a converter as well as an adapter for it? There are many different responses for this common query, depending on the Hotel. Please only respond if you have been at the Blau and know for sure. Thank you

The voltage is 220/240 at Blau.

You will require a converter/transformer and adapter. Take both with you. And take the adapter/transformer that is indicated for 'the Caribbean'. That is what I carry with me.
