I am frm India and hold a UK Work Permit. Do I need a visa to travel to southern Ireland (Dublin)

  1. u can travel ok.but to work you need a work visa.


  2. I flew into Shannon recently and there were several agents there to check your visa.  I was advised to keep my visa on my person in Dublin.  I do not know if the UK work permit takes the place of the visa.

  3. Yes you do as Republic of Ireland is defferent from UK, it has its Own  visa regulations and since you Indian national  you defenetaly need one

  5. Contact the Irish Embassy. Their office is across the road from Harrods in Knightsbridge. They are the most helpful people in the world. I discovered my passport was missing the day before my holiday and they sorted out a temporary passport.
