Do I need a bank account or credit card to pay with pay pal?

I have been able to recieve various payments through paypal. So I have a paypal balance. I'd like to know though, if there is a way to pay for items on ebay without a bank account or credit card?

With PayPal, you need a bank account to have a verified account, with no preset limits on it.  Without this, as long as you have a large enough PayPal balance you can get by without a Credit Card or bank acount.

Last time I checked you do. How else would they get their money? You can use a prepay card as long as they have a visa or mastercard logo...
