Do I need a bleaching kit if I want to acheive this hair color?

i have dark hair, almost black and i want highlights like bredna song:

i only want the highlights on the ends of my hair, not my whole head. do i need a bleaching kti to acheive this color???

Yeah, If your hair is dark, You'll need Bleach, then you'll be able to use the regular color.

Ask your mother for money and go to the salon .... don't do it yourself .... Bleach eats and fryz  your hair !!!!!

nope you dont need to bleach it it'll work out fine but leave the dye in your hair for 5 extra minutes [[no more!]] because your hairs dark so it'll help.
