Do I need a degree to work in Dubai?

Hi

I would like to know, if it's possible working in Dubai without a degree. Some friends om mine have a business in Dubai. They offered me a job, but they were told that it's not possible to working without a degree. The job is being a project manager, and my friends want to give me a internschooling. Can you please help me with that problem.

without a degree usually PM designation visa is not issued so it might be a problem

For an employee in the UAE a high school diploma is required as a minimum. To obtain a Labour card for the title of a manager, a bachelor's/college degree is required.

Internschooling will not help because these degrees have to be verified in your home country.
