Do I need a digital tv converter box? Details included.?

I have a Sharp AQUOS LC-42D62U television (here's the link to check it out... http://www.sharpusa.com/products/ModelLanding/0,1058,1761,00.html )

and we also have a Terk Indoor Antenna which recieves HD channels (here's the link to check that out... http://www.audiovox.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10001&storeId=10001&productId=14204&langId=-1 )

We receive the HD channels right now and I'm just wondering if we'll need the digital tv converter box to keep getting them once the switch is made to digital in 2009? This is probably a really simple question... I just have no idea. Thanks!
