Do I need a doctor if I ate an aquarium fish?

Umm don't ask me how ... but a family member cooked an aquarium fish that was about to be feed to my Puranas and ate it. Do they need a doctor? Will something happen to them? decease? sickness?

  2. You should be fine.  If the fish had a disease then just to be safe I would get it checked out.  But cooking it kills bad stuff.

  7. At least you never asked a question about playing around and eating the fish. We get questions about that all the time in here. But my question is, why did your family member cook the aquarium fish? Why am I asking this question is because common sense tells you that the fish belonged in the aquarium so why would your family member eat the fish that was in the aquarium?

    Second off, to answer your question: Did you guys use chemicals in the tank to cure the fish of any parasites or fungus? Chemicals can react to your body, and if you did use chemicals in the tank, you best better go take your family member to the doctor and get them checked out due to the fact that the chemical can be potentially dangerous to your family member's health.

    Quite frankly, I hope this question that you asked is not to attract attention because you and I should know that the aquarium fishes should not be eaten cooked or uncooked. So if you are serious and not joking around, please take your family member to the doctor. If not, have a good day.....................
