Do I need a holiday visa for Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and the UK with a Malaysian passport?

I have a Malaysian passport and was wondering if I need a visa for the following countries:

- Switzerland

- Spain

- Portugal

- the UK

The visa is for holiday purposes - I'll be staying a maximum of 3 - 4 days in each country. I looked up Expedia and Wikipedia and it looks like I don't need a visa for these, but I want to make sure that the info there are up-to-date. I've also looked up the embassy websites but they're a bit confusing. Any help on this is very much appreciated!
