Do I need a license?

I am thinking about getting a moped. I am 17 and live in Pennsylvania, and I don't have a license for a car. Do I need a license for the moped and are there any restrictions? Also if I don't need a license are there any recommendations for a moped

you need a license to drive anything.

it doesnt matter if its a moped or not.

im not sure if you need a motorcycle license or not though.

but if you're driving on roads, with other cars, pretty sure you might need a license for that.
