What is the criteria used by th MOT to determinate which vehicles require licensing and which ones not?

  1. No because you can not ride it anywhere but your yard.


  2. No, but pocket (poket) bikes are not legal on the road.  You can only ride them offroad. (ie, on private property)

  3. Here's the website on pocket-bikes. It was updated in July.
