Do I need a license to sell bottled water/gatorade and snacks at a San Diego Beach?

  1. I am guessing that San Diego is not much different than any other area in the US. You will need a business license and a health license and possibly a vendor license. You will have to check the state, county and city about what their requirements are.

    if you plan on walking around with a cooler full of drinks NO

  3. Check with the city for a vendor's license. Fairly easy to apply for. But you'll have to tell them if it's a one time thing or if it will be ongoing.

  5. I bet you do. Make some phone calls on it before you do anything.

    In oregon, if you want to go rafting, you have to get your raft registered with the state. It's not an enforced law, per se. but, if you get stopped for any other reason, they can cite you for it. I learned that out the hard way.
