Do I need a massage licence in order to practice aromatherapy in ontario?

i want to become a certified aromatologist or aromatherapist but am concerned without a cerificate in massage therapy i wont be able to practice aromatherapy. Is this true or does the cert in aromatherapy cover all? thanks

Aromatherapy is the practice of using various scents for healing.  As long as you don't touch people, you won't need a license to do aromatherapy as far as I know but you may want to check with your city/provence as far as what licensing you might need.

If you want to do massage and do aromatherapy, you will most likely need a license.

I would definitely check with your province before you start practicing.  You could find yourself in major trouble if you do not double check.
