Do I need a new board?

Since last season I've been training hard for rugby, and I'm 16years old, 13 stone, and might get up to 14. I'm 6'1, maybe 6'2. I bought a 161 board, and I'm an all mountain kinda guy. Does it look like I'll outgrow my board soon or will it still ride well if i get bigger?

  1. yes

  2. The only way you can know is by riding it, man.  You gotta get out there, and if it feels like your board is limiting you, it may be time to move on.  Try demo-ing a different board or borrowing from a friend to see if it makes a difference.  If not, you might just be at a place in your riding that you need to learn a couple things before you can progress to the next level.

    And dude, I was like 5'3" when I was 16.  s***w you ;-)  j/k
