  1. You do not need a passport to fly within or between any U.S. states or territories.  If you START in a U.S. state or territory and LAND in a U.S. state or territory, you do NOT need a passport.  See site below and read carefully.  Esp. note this sentence.

Note: "The passport requirement does NOT apply to U.S. citizens traveling to or returning directly from a U.S. territory."

  2. If you are a US citizen NO passport is needed to fly to the US Virgin islands.

Traveling to and from U.S. Territories

U.S. Citizens traveling to and returning directly from a U.S. territory are not considered to have left the U.S. territory and do not need to present a passport.

    U.S. territories include:

    ▪ American Samoa

    ▪ Guam

    ▪ Northern Mariana Islands

    ▪ Puerto Rico

    ▪ Swains Island

    ▪ U.S. Virgin Islands

Yes, you will need your VALID photo ID and birth certificate. It's the only way they will know you are a US citizen (birth certificate) and ID is really you.

    Good Luck)

  3. no don't need a passport to go if Ur a citizen of the USA unless you go to the British vi and yes just bring proof of citizenship
