I want to buy a jet ski / wave runner. Someone has one but doesnt have a title. Do I need one to ride it in NC. Lake Hickory

  1. It has to be registered with the North Carolina Wildlife Commission.  This link should give you the information you need.


  2. Yea, You would need to have it registered and insurance on it as well!
