  1. If youre not a US citizen and you're not flying through the US then the US Consulate won't be able to help you.

    You need to contact your nearest Taiwanese Embassy or Consulate and ask about their visa requirements for travellers with your particular nationalisities passport.


  2. I don't think so but I would call the U.S consolate to make sure. You might need a green card and that's it.
