Do I need a transit visa from France?

I'm Indonesian and now studying at South Korea. I will go on trip for attending the conference in Portugal. I will go by plane and will transit at France. Do I need both visa of Portugal and France?

You must get your Schengen visa from the Portugese Embassy since that will be your actual point of arrival and the place you will stay.  That visa will also serve you to transit through France as long as you don't leave the airport.
