Question:

Do I need a visa for my trip to Ecuador?

I'm there for 15 weeks which is 15 days over the 90-day tourist visa. Don't really want to get a visa so I'm thinking of just buying a flight to Colombia to show proof of me leaving before 90 days, but actually just re-newing my tourist visa for another 30 days before my time is up. Has anyone done this? It works fine in Asia... how about Latin America?

  1. Many countries issue visas on arrival. Check it out otherwise it is the nearest embassy.

  2. Ask in the Ecuador Embassy, May be you don't need to do such a thing.
