Having a visa to the U.S. has nothing to do with visiting Mexico.  Other answerer is right...depends on what country you are from.  Why do people leave out the most important piece of information when they ask if they need a visa to a certain place?  Anyway, you can use the website below to find out if you need a visa.  Just enter your nationality and destination and click for the info.  it will tell you if you need a visa.  Then see 2nd site for list of Mexican consulates in the U.S. so you can contact the nearest one if you need a visa.
