  3. it depends on where you are from - probably not if you are from a british commonwealth country - if you are from China or Malaysia or Russia you might need a visa

  4. A green card is for you to get into the US. Since you need to leave the US, you need the opposite, which I think is a red card.

    Also, Canada accepts visa AND mastercard.

  6. No, U.S. green card holders do not need a visa to go to Canada.  See site below and read 6th paragraph from the bottom to see that green card holders are exempted from needing visas to enter  Canada.
