  4. Yes you do, if you speak spanish and tell them you are visiting then no you don't need a visa to get in but you do to get out. They have immigration laws to and they are really strict specially in the southern part. So you do need a visa if you don't want to end up in Guatemala as a deported person because there is also a huge immigration population over there.

  5. You say you're a RESIDENT in Canada, not a citizen....... Canadian citizens do not need visas to come in Mexico, but in your case this will depend on your nationality.... depending on where you're from you will need a visa to come in (or not). Check the sites they gave you and you'll find out.

  7. Depends on what your home country is.  You can use the website below.  Enter your nationality, enter that you are an alien resident of Canada, then enter Mexico as your destination.  Click for the info and it will tell you if you need a visa.
