  2. You need a passport.

  3. no my friend, you dont need a visa.  but u do need to get u a passport. you can apply for them at the post office.  might run u around 125.00

  4. No, if your just going to vacation there for months then no. I'm american born who is mexican (so i travel a lot) and I only need my PASSPORT. I've been there as long as 2mo and my passport is all they ask for.

You might want to get your shots updated IF you are sensative to food and water.

  5. If you are driving across the border or arriving be ship, you don't need a passport until June 1st, 2009--an original birth certificate and a drivers license will suffice.  if you're flying into Mexico, you need a passport and in the price of the airplane ticket you paid for a tourist card--this is what's used instead of a visa.  you keep one piece of this form and surender it when you leave to country.

  6. not to enter Mexico, if traveling beyond the border zone, you must have either ID and birth certificate , or US passport and  pay the permit fee of about $20US , you can get a permit good for up to 6 months. You will need a US passport to return to the US.

  7. If you are flying into Mexico you will need a passport - On the airplane they will give you a tourist card to fill out.

if you are driving across the boarder, you only need ID and Birth Certificate ( that will change JUNE 09 )
