  1. Yes, you do need a VISA to visit UK.

  2. absolutely, definately, you will need a visa. your travel agent will advise you when you go to buy the ticket how to obtain one

  3. That website might be helpful and if you are still not sure ask the Swiss Embassy.

    Swiss Embassy in Bangladesh http://www.eda.admin.ch/dhaka

    Have fun in Switzerland!

  4. Yes sure.

  5. I went from UK to Italy and crossed over to Switzerland with no hassle, so

    No!

  6. The requirement for a visa to enter Switzerland is dependent upon the type of U.K. student visa issued.

If it is issued for multiple entries (MULT) it is accepted to enter Switzerland without a visa.

It is further accepted, if your visa is issued for a stay of longer than 6 month for visiting purposes.

See what type of student visa you got, and compare it with the samples of the provided link.

If you are not sure, I advice to check with the Switzerland representatives in the United Kingdom, as to be found on the second link.

  7. No, you just need to Visa-t!

  8. Yeah. Switzerland is not part of the EU.

  9. Most likely....

  10. Yes you need a visa since you are not a permanent EU resident.  Even though Switzerland is not a member of the EU, it will start issuing and accepting Schengen visas later this year (October or November).  Until then you will need to apply for a Swiss visa. You should however check with the Swiss Embassy in the UK or with a reliable travel agent.

  11. I think you got a very clear answer before about visas in Europe for you studying on a UK student visa.

    Didn't you understand it?

  12. I think you need... I have heard that Switzerland has a lot of really specific rules about visa applications. If we add that Switzerland is not in European Union, UK visa which you have wouldn't be enough...
