    you can travel to Ireland only with a tourist purpose, that is you can't work there if you go there without visa.

    So, i'd suggest that you should contact the embassy and apply for a working holiday visa

  2. No you can live and work anywhere in the EU without a visa.  You may need some kind of permit but this shouldn't be difficult to get - people move between the two countries all the time.

  3. A UK citizen can move to and work in Ireland, or any other EU country, without any permits or visas.

    This is the whole point of the EU. You can go anywhere within the 27 countries and live, work or study. No visas or permits.

    Before you go, get a European Health Insurance card - its free and gives you free access to any hospital in the EU (including Ireland)
