In Brazil, you only need yellow fever immunization if you will go to Amazon Region, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, and Pará states. It´s necessary shot one 10 days before the trip. Others 24 states from Brazil (incluide Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Bahia and south of country), it´s not necessary shot the immunization. The check-in Brazilian Imigration Airport, it´s only verify this for 4 Regions up describle.

But, I think in Panamá it´s necessary shot this immunization, incluide connections flights.
