  1. well it sounds to me like you are in a position that you have no oppertunity of controling by that I mean your life is in a state of flux due to your parents seperating and you are either consiously or subconsiously aware that things are completly out of your hands so to speek. You probably feel angery at yourself for not being able to do something to fix it the way you think is right. Just taking a guess.

If this is somewhat the case than I would suggest perhaps doing something that you can do that puts you in control of your own actions maybe a sport or a project or work or something to get you feeling in charge of your own destiny.

As for your parents that is a complex issue the feelings that are happening and will be happening will probably last a while you can try to understand and give some support but they are two different people that will have to sort out their issues with each other. Try not to pick sides as there are always two sides to a story.

Things in life sometimes are just hard and you have to go through them. I think sometimes anger happens when you think you cannot change a outcome that you do not want. irrespective of what happens you have to find peace of mind.

Hope things will get better for you

  2. I am sorry you are going through a rough time.  If you go to counseling they can determine whether you should go to anger management or not.  Counselors actually have a lot of resources they can provide for people.  I regard counseling highly- it changed my life for the better.

Some things that have helped me- writing, writing writing.  Physical activity like dancing, walking, pounding on a drum.  Talking to a friend.  But along with counseling.  I wish you serenity sweetheart.

  3. yes please take the coulsling please please please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  4. As a general rule, if you suspect you might need counselling, then you probably do.  Consider that you know yourself better than anyone else does, including your parents or any counselor you might talk to.  Follow your instincts.  They are probably sound.

  5. you need lots of counselings.

  6. scream into a pillow or punch a pillow.

i dont think you need counseling. maybe its just pmsing.
