No, you don't i work in an estate agents and i worked my way up from being an office junior (depends on age) to a traineee sale neg to a neg. different types of estate agenst will train you there own way, as there is no right or wrong way to train someone.

However some companys in london and surrounding areas like poeple to have certain qualification and some require a degree.

So it depends of the area and Company.

I suggest you write up a C.V and post it with a covering letter to all the estate agents in our area asking whether they would train someone up!
