Do I need eye-glasses????

Question

Well i can see great with both eyes, and my left eye is great too. But when i use just my right eye most words,letters,numbers,ect., are blurry.Do i need glasses???

The best way you can find out is by having an eye exam.  You may be nearsighted or have astigmatism in your right eye.  It may not be to a high enough degree to need eyeglasses yet

I have normal vision in my right eye and mild/moderate astigmatism in my left eye.  I went for 15+ years before I started correcting the vision in my left eye. My right eye started having trouble compensating for the my left eye and I started getting headaches when looking at distance objects especially when I was driving.

everyone should get regular eyes exams as we tend to forget how important they are!

yes. it sounds weird i know but some people have a "dominant" eye. this eye  tried to see better then the other and is easier to focus on certain things. id go get your eyes checked and they'll probably tell u the same thing i just did (i have the same problem) =)

i dont see very well, i just sit close to the board in school. if your not doing anything with high risk such as skateboarding or driving, you probably wont need them. if you see badly enough, it cna be required by law to have glasses when you drive.

I have the same problem as you and I waited for about 10 years before getting an eye test because I thought that my sight with both eyes was fine (although I had difficulty reading the top letter on the eye chart with my right eye).  I was amazed to find how much clearer everything became when I put my glasses on for the first time and was using both eyes.  Even so, for the next 10 years or so I didn't wear them very often (apart from driving) because for most purposes I could see well enough without them.  However I was glad that I had them for occasions such as the theatre or cinema because it made these things much more enjoyable.  I recommend that you have an eye test - you may find (like me) that your sight isn't quite as good as you think.

Most people have one eye that functions worse than the other one. In my case my right eye is worse than the other one. Go see the optitions and they will tell you exactly what is wrong.
